Refunds and Exchanges

Specter Labs team believes in the quality of the mousepads we make and we provide easy refunds and replacements to our customers if the product they received does not meet the claimed quality standards.

The warranty length is 30 days. After 30 days the item received by the customer is exempt from refunds and exchanges.

The Specter Labs Store reserves the right to deny any return or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. To initiate a return, simply submit a request at support@printyourpad.com with your shipping address and the order number.

Who Is Protected
The Warranty covers only Specter Labs products purchased by the original consumer.

What Is and Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover any Specter Labs product that was damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, usage not in accordance with product specifications and instructions, natural or personal disaster, or unauthorized alterations, repairs or modifications.

Free items are exempt from being returned.

Exchanges
Specter Labs will gladly replace any defective or damaged items or if the item arrived is not as described on our web-site. Please email us the photos of the damaged item at support@printyourpad.com. Our team will assess the damage and send you a replacement in case of eligibility.

Returns
Specter Labs does not request our customers to return the damaged items, instead a picture of the damaged item is required for assessment. Keep in mind that Specter Labs has a picture of each item before shipping.

Refunds
If a customer insists on getting a refund - Specter Labs does a damage assessment of the mousepad based on the pictures received from the customer and the pictures of the item before shipping. If the refund is approved, then it will be credited to the original method of payment within three days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Specter Does provide refunds on sale items.
